Matt contributes to the launch of Mandurah Crab Fest first ever cookbook

To ensure people get the most out of their visit to one of WA’s most popular events, a new cookbook including some amazing seafood recipes has been put together by the team at Mandurah. Working with popular chefs including Anna Gare, Rick Stein and Stephanie Alexandra and Matt Sinclair, the team have managed to put together a wonderful cook book.

Anna Gare is heading up a stellar team of talented chefs and celebrities at this year’s WA Taste Great Southern.

Celebrity chefs such as first timer Miguel Maestre — who is flying down early to catch his very own kingfish for his menu — MKR’s Colin Fassnidge and WA darling Anna Gare will all be hosting and cooking at events across the region.
